Integrations Overview
How Knowledge ERP connects to QuickBooks, Shopify, WooCommerce, ShipStation, Twilio, and Gmail/Outlook — and where to set each one up.
Knowledge ERP connects to the tools you already use. Each integration is configured from its own settings page in the admin panel, and most run automatically in the background once connected.
What connects to what #
- QuickBooks Online — accounting: one-way push of customers, vendors, invoices, bills, and inventory adjustments to QuickBooks.
- Shopify and WooCommerce — e-commerce: product and inventory sync, order import, and fulfillment updates.
- ShipStation — shipping: push orders out and pull tracking back in.
- Twilio — SMS, driven by the automation builder.
- Email (Gmail / Outlook) — sync customer correspondence into the CRM timeline.
How connections work #
Each integration stores its own connection for your account — an OAuth grant (QuickBooks, Gmail/Outlook) or a pasted API credential (Shopify custom app, WooCommerce keys, ShipStation, Twilio). Connect or disconnect any of them from its settings page at any time without affecting the others.
Beyond these #
Need to connect something not listed here? The REST API and webhooks let you build your own integration against any of the modules.
