Knowledge ERP Sub-Processors

What a "sub-processor" is
A sub-processor is a third party that Pelton Solutions LLC d/b/a Knowledge ERP ("Knowledge ERP," "we," "us") engages to process personal information in order to operate the Service — for example, to host data, process payments, deliver email, or monitor errors. We remain responsible to you for the services these vendors perform on our behalf. This list is referenced by our Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Addendum.

Notes
- Tenant-connected integrations are not sub-processors. Services you choose to connect to your own Account — QuickBooks Online, Shopify, WooCommerce, ShipStation, Gmail, Microsoft Outlook, Twilio, your own Stripe or Square account, and any outbound webhook destination you configure — are tenant-directed disclosures: you connect them, you can disconnect them, your direct agreement with each provider governs its handling of your data, and you are responsible for the destination (see the Acceptable Use Policy, Section 7). They do not process data on our instructions and therefore do not appear in the table above.
- Outbound email is delivered through Amazon SES. The SES inbound-email pipeline is provisioned for a forthcoming reply-capture feature; raw inbound messages received through it are stored briefly (30-day lifecycle) within AWS.
- No third-party advertising or cross-site tracking vendors are used anywhere in the Service.
Changes to this list
We will keep this page current. Where the Data Processing Addendum applies, we will provide advance notice of new sub-processors as that addendum specifies, giving Customers an opportunity to object.
