Introduction

Welcome to the Knowledge ERP documentation. Knowledge ERP is an all-in-one operations platform — inventory, sales, purchasing, manufacturing, rentals, equipment loans, CRM, and more — built to stay simple and direct.

How these docs are organized #

Every page is tagged with the module it belongs to (you'll see the badge at the top of each page and in the sidebar). Use the sidebar to browse by module, and the "On this page" rail to jump between sections.

Documentation is versioned. Use the version switcher in the header to read the docs that match the release you're running. The latest link always points at the current line.

Searching from inside the app #

You don't have to come here to find a guide. The search box in the app's top bar searches these guides as well as your own records: type "cycle count" and you'll get your matching Units, Products and orders first, then a Help & documentation group at the bottom of the list linking straight to the relevant page. Your own data always ranks above the manual, so the search box stays useful for the thing you were actually looking for.

The manual is searched in full whether or not your plan includes the module a page describes — reading up on a feature before you turn it on is the point.

Guides and the API together #

Most features can be driven both from the app and from the REST API. Where a guide describes something you can automate, it links you straight to the matching endpoints in the API Reference (top-right of every page), so you can go from "what does this do" to "how do I call it" in one hop.
